Refund / Transfer Policy
This Refund & Transfer Policy applies to all race events operated by Absolute Mountain LLC, including all race series and locations.
Refund Eligibility

7-Day Full Refund Window: Participants may request a 100% refund within seven (7) days of purchase, regardless of race date.

More Than 45 Days Before Race Day: Participants are eligible for a 50% refund if the request is made more than forty-five (45) days prior to the scheduled race date.

Less than 45 Days Before Race Day: No refunds will be issued for requests made thirty (30) days or fewer before the race date.

We use ACTIVE as our third party registration platform. ACTIVE offers optional registration insurance, available at the end of the initial checkout, which may be used for refunds in accordance with ACTIVE’s terms and conditions.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing through the official Absolute Mountain LLC contact channels and are based on the original race date.
Transfers
Transfers are permitted through the ACTIVE registration policy only. Read the ACTIVE Registration transfer policy to learn more.
Spectator Passes
Non-Refundable: Spectator passes, where applicable and required at certain locations, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Additional Terms

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment when possible.

Processing fees charged by third-party registration or payment platforms may be non-refundable.

Absolute Mountain LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any updates will apply only to future purchases.
