Absolute Beach

Absolute Beach is the coastal division of the Absolute Mountain organization and the official kickoff to the Absolute Race Series. It brings the same intensity, standards, and competitive spirit of Absolute Mountain straight to the shoreline-delivering a fast, high-energy fitness race set in a dynamic beachfront environment. If you want a challenging, unforgettable race experience in the sand and surf, this is where your season begins.

Course layout

Participants begin the race with a StrengthErg push challenge, allowing them to earn time deductions before the official start. They then complete Stations 1-3 consecutively, followed by a 2 km run, Stations 4-6, another 2 km run, and Station 7, before finishing with a final 2 km run to the finish line. All weights are determined by gender.
